Terms And Condition

  1. The customer will not hold Ezzha Limited responsible for lost data, whilst making repairs on equipment left.
  2. Estimate for work to be carried out is only a guide & may increase after investigation & proof of ownership may be asked if we feel it necessary.
  3. We reserve the right to dispose of any equipment left for repair or otherwise after four months from the date of work completed.
  4. The customer gives authority to Ezzha Ltd to clear passwords protecting your equipment. Further you give us the right to look at any data held on tthe equipment in the course of any investigation or repair.
  5. Ezzha Ltd's liability to you is set out in the Terms & Conditions on display in the store or online, which you have read & understood.
